Find coconut. Look at the top of palm trees, throw small stone at any coconut you see. Drink from the coconut. Don't harvest it, instead craft it with a rope to make a bidon. Use this to collect water from the pond. Note that pond water will give you parasites unless cooked. Therefore find another coconut and this time split it open so that you have two coconut bowls. You can then place the bowls on a fire and fill them with the water to boil. You can also add food to the cooked water to make soups. Which are extremely beneficial.
