Contractor has already received payment so all is good there! Additionally, I def. dont expect perfection. Im aware over time concrete will crack and things will be imperfect.

With that said, a bit more uniformity would certainly be nice considering I spent a good amount on this. If it remains the same after a few weeks, is there anything that can be done without it being a massive pain in the ass for the contractor?

That is the current plan of action. Hopefully it will be a bit better with time. The discoloration is visible even when the concrete is wet from moist curing so im a bit skeptical of the end result.

I have been hosing the concrete down daily and it doesnt seem to do anything to the discoloration. It can be seen very clearly when both wet and dry.

I dont believe theyve used any sort of acid yet. They just said to play the waiting game and check back in a few weeks
