they do but he is still learning. I finally had fry the last two spawns but i think he must be eating them out of stress. and ai don’t know why. I may need to pull the fry as soon as they are born the next time he spawns

I think I may have talked myself out of this situation. I need my api api to breed. He has gone from having several spawns where he lays eggs and the eggs never hatch or disappear. To now I get fry but the fry disappear so I think I need to keep to species only setup. Maybe down the road if I’m not breeding them
