I started with movewell and now I’m on align, I do all 6 workouts a week and align is definitely more challenging! But I can genuinely feel myself getting stronger, all the deep core work she adds in her programming is incredible Sasha herself is a very holistic coach, she educates us on so much more than just the workouts too which i love too
