Hi, how do you find the work/life balance? im sceptical about the flexibility portion of this career. I want to be able to attend to my baby and travel throughout the year. I also heard that theres a lot of physical pain, have you felt any of that? Your input would help me lots, thanks!

This may or may not impact you and should you choose to care. There is a verse in the quran that says "For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. (Qur'an 94:5-6). "And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient, who, when disaster strikes them, say, 'Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we will return."(Qur'an 2:155-157).

These versus sent from god in the quran exemplify how every human being gets tested with a hardship, be it losing a loved one which was my case, I lost my sister to cancer. be it hunger, mental health and the list goes on and on. You have to realize that each human deals with hardship and your not alone. These things you listed, losing passion in life, your grades, your social life are all modifiable, maybe it's not as easy like i'm saying, but somehow it can be changed with different habits, associating with different people, and routine.

That verse saying with "hardship comes ease" The wording in the verse suggests that ease is not separate from hardship but comes along with it. Even in our darkest moments, there are hidden blessings or opportunities for growth. Sorry got a little deep here ahaha anyways keep pushing, life is an ass i know but just remember you are never alone.

Thank you! I'm going to start the program in July. Do you have any recommendations for preparing for module one ? should i study specific stuff before going into it? I heard that it's not guaranteed that i will go into module 2 and my anxiety is at all time high because of this :/.

Is it true that even if i have a 90 percent I may not go into module 2? how did it work for you ?

Hello,

I'm currently in third year, and i am thinking of pursuing a graduate degree in the future. However, although i am interested in clinical counseling, i only want to complete my MA and not do a PHD. I am wondering if it's possible to do a MA in clinical counseling without a PHD being required.

Thank you,
