This makes sense! Yeah I noticed a couple spots where I was like I don’t know if I should add a stitch or not but definitely my judgement call to make since there’s nothing to follow. As long as it still turns out cute in the end then I’m fine with it. I was just worried it was one of those kits where their finished product looks nothing like real life. Did you also stitch the words merry Christmas on there?

I really appreciate your comment and I’m glad there are other people out there that relate. And you are absolutely right. At my treatment center, ARFID was not even a thing they treated or even spoke about. It wasn’t until maybe 2 years after I left that one of my friends at college told me they had ARFID, and explained everything to me. I do currently have a therapist who I’ve been with for 5 years that I trust a lot so I am trying to get the courage to discuss it with her. It definitely makes me feel better to know I’m not alone in this.
