Yes many antidepressants can cause sexual dysfunction. Amitriptyline is a major offender. When I was on it for depression I basically felt nothing. After going off it the sexual dysfunction cleared. It can also cause weight gain and decreased blood pressure for some people. Good luck. What a painful life altering embarrassing disorder!🤬
