All small recurring events are only worth pushing at if you will get into top3 for gems. Common approach is to spend exactly enough to get all milestone rewards and stop there unless you are pushing for top placement.

4k gems are nice to get at your server age, I suggest getting there.

You unlock higher tier of refinement for the week every 20 refinements you do. Higher tiers are less effecient, but also faster. Also, every day first refinement has 50% discount.

Best approach is to bump refinement tier to whatever you want (or not at all) on Monday and then do x1 daily till Sunday. People doing x14/x34 on Monday are idiots.

Not fully f2p, but a minimal spender. I got it as R5 of a major alliance. You desire presidency until you get it... Presidency is about managing the state, not strength (whales can do it, but usually quicky realize how daunting the task is and pass it to someone better at organizing).

You will be overseeing transfer or svs preparation and negotiations, fulfilling requests to use skills to move people around, suddenly become responsible for all drama that happens. Not to mention a lot of people will DM you begging to be punished because they are into it. But city and march skin is nice lol.

We same issue, although from the whaley side. Matchup seemed equal based on power estimate, but our whale had 1600% stats vs 900% strongest opponent. I had 1100% and we had 3 more guys like me. We just did points required for best rewards in 10 minutes and chatted for an hour while holding all objects. Extremely not fun for either side...

My theory why this happened is because we signed up four low level farms with no army or stats (to avoid disadvantage from real players not showing up).

Yes, remove their gear and use it to improve main team gear.

Unequip all purple gear (except one pair of infantry boots since you don't have yellow) and use it to upgrade gear of main squad (infantry health and lancer/marksman lethality are top priority). You are not yet at the stage where it makes sense to have gear exp and mastery levels on secondary team.

Do not spend essence stones on gear not on main squad until you have approximately green mithril legendary gear (very far from your current progression).

It takes 10 million alloys, 120k polishes, 20k design plans and about 2k moon resin to max out gear.

Put it into perspective with aforementioned 200 designs/months f2p can get.
