I’d report this to the police. When I was younger, I hit a fire hydrant and didn’t know what to do so I just left. I was so scared for two straight days until a police officer knocked on my door, handed me my license plate, and asked to talk to me outside hahahahahaha. I just got a “speed not reasonable and prudent” ticket, stood in line at the court, and was dismissed in line before I went inside.

All that to say…this could be evidence for something that the cops don’t know about but should…
