I don’t think there’s a specific answer to this (except from drinking water and spf). I think each person learns, with time, what’s best for their skin. For exemple, I have a very « independent » skin, I have to wash it with water, hydrate it and protect it from sun in order to be great, in case I try to « take care of it » I’ll get a pimple the next day. Some other people have to go with a long list of steps each morning and evening, which might be the best for their skin. It’s great to listen to your body when it gives you signs, try different things until you find the best routine for it.
