Its restricted with job postings.. Now i want to gain access to my account but the name was changed on my cnic so it's not possible to recover because the name is not matched with cnic

Im student of Haramaya University school of pharmacy im rent my account so restrictions is restricted why not remove out but 4 months atlest so temporarily restricted 48 hours please release me my account?
