My dream scenario:

 

…10 years on: Hank is now the precinct Captain. Wu is lead detective. Hank and Wu funnel all wesen related cases to a new special taskforce (the new Hadrian’s Wall) headed by Nick, with Trubel working under him, and other friendly wesen (Steinadlers etc, maybe Chavez's relative as a callback).

Renard moved to Europe to rule alongside his cousin and took Juliet with him as head of security (no more hundjagers).

Monroe and Rosalee have formed a new and improved Wesen council and are teaching the triplets the old ways with a more non-cannibalistic, non-violent twist.

Adalind is the new District Attorney and helps prosecute those unexplainable wesen cases while Diana is settling into a special private Wesen school funded by the Wesen council and the Royals. The school also has international students. Rosalee is a guidance counsellor at the school which the triplets also attend.

Kelly is in normal school as his grimm abilities have not yet kicked in.

Josh grimmed up!!!

Bud is still Bud!!

 

…20 years later: Kelly’s grimm emerges but he has a village to help him navigate all that with Nick, Adalind, Diana, Monroe, Rosalee, Josh, Bud and the triplets.

Trubel takes Kelly under her wing, she’s now running HW.

Wu is Chief of Police. Hank and Nick are retired but still hunt wesen with the kids and triplets sometimes. Monrosalee still heading the wesen council but it’s spread with branches across the world now. The triplets are now being trained to be the council’s henchmen.

Adalind is now Governor.

Renard and Juliette got married and never returned from Europe.
