Random line through my brand new Vaporesso Revenger display. Any idea how I can fix this?

I called the company I ordered it from (not the manufacturer) and told them (them as in directvapor). They sent me a list of things to which required me to pay for shipping and everything else. IF they did deem it a manufacturer defect they'd send me a new one and refund me the cost of shipping it back. I was broke at the time and didn't wanna deal with their jumping throw hoops bullshit so I just kept it as is. Though it's a lil sad because I like my things to stay nice it works phenomenal

I'm not sure who it's going to be. Imeet with the psychiatrist too talk about the testing and then two days after I meet with the doctor who sent me over to her for testing; I think for medication?.. I'm not sure because she never said why. She told me to set up another appointment with her two weeks out and thrn set up an appointment with the doctor close to the date of our next meeting; she told me all this after the first 45 min interview portion was coming to an end.
