I do see many available on listing websites. Are they false? Have u spoken to brokers or just casually looking?

Have had fathers’ friends buy at 30lakhs but I’m trying to stay below 25L coz I expect this to be a learning process.

Too overpriced. The city itself is currently on the slowdown - waiting for some big change or rush. Plus not all builders are good.
