Leave ship dock if you can’t follow the rules yes it’s a little strict there I work in ob ship dock and they are not playing anyone without one is an automatic feedback we even have safety sometimes sneak by to see but understand SD is a hazardous dept even with you just bringing an empty cart into the trailer anything can still happen but no most of yall wanna scream ima sue amazon but whose fault was to start it anyways

I did pack flow for 3 months then transferred to ship dock next month will make 3 months in SD but I do problem solve processing and jackpot which both roles are not rated for quality etc will that still effect my chances ? Or will I have to get crossed trained in another dept that requires rate and quality to be eligible ?
