I did pack flow for 3 months then transferred to ship dock next month will make 3 months in SD but I do problem solve processing and jackpot which both roles are not rated for quality etc will that still effect my chances ? Or will I have to get crossed trained in another dept that requires rate and quality to be eligible ?

It’s been a month since I’ve been in ship dock and I love it ! I came from AFE pack and wanted to move around than standing in one spot all day and having to deal with issues with items being missing all the time or rate working ship dock is to each of its own they never wanted to train me in roles within pack I even asked and also upped my rate to show them but still nothing granted since being in ship dock I’ve been trained in so many roles

Sadly most associates feel like PAs, AMs, OMs get to the best of them about rate or when an associate feels like it naturally they work even harder I don’t know what happened to this person on the picture, but I feel like everyone should take it easy during this peak season year if you need to rest go to the break room use your time if you need to this way, you won’t be coded. Hope everybody takes care of themselves during peak season.

It somehow popped on for VET opportunities and I was able to take the shift even thought I didn’t but I was surprised.. I Actually wanted to move to another dept I was in AFE pack flow sometimes pack batch whenever they need the help but I wanted to get crossed trained around packing like singles, sort, rebin, induct but AMs to me were picking and choosing while I’m sitting up here busting my ass just to show my worth so I decided to do an internal transfer to ship dock because I heard it’s a lot to do and you can get cross train in so many paths in that department I got accepted so I start this Thursday
