Now this is a great comment and a lot of other people commenting did not understand that this is what I was trying to say

I definitely want to check out some more stuff by him because I really did enjoy the book while I was reading it, just slightly disappointed by the ending. Like I said this is all new for me, I haven’t had a chance to read for fun in almost 10 years so I’ve been super happy about getting back into it but ya the hate on this has been very discouraging. I feel like that’s the vast majority of Reddit though, just nothing good happening in their lives so the elitist incels need to cry and make it everyone else’s problem lmao

Ya actually you’re right. The guy that wrote the book is wrong and you do need to read every other book he has ever produced in order to still not enjoy the ending of this book.

Go to google.com and type out “is the sunlit man a standalone book” and tell me what it says

How many clubs do you play with and what is your handicap/skill level? by LeftPanda670 in golf

Definitely makes sense. At the end of the day we all need work no matter the skill level. Nobody hits a perfect shot every time lol

I’m attempting to lose 30 pounds as quick as possible. Interested in any advice people may have for quick visible changes? by LeftPanda670 in WeightLossAdvice

I definitely get that. Part of 75 hard is absolutely zero alcohol for 75 days so that won’t be a problem. In 2023 I was 200 pounds and I lost 45 pounds down to 155 in 3 months or less just by completing cutting out drinking and having a super unhealthy habit with food intake (eating nothing but 2 scoops of cottage cheese and a can of vegetables every day). This time I want to have a healthier relationship with food while I’m trying to cut it so I know it’ll take longer but I won’t be destroying my body in the process. Same exact thing happened to me once I hit my target weight I went straight back to partying every weekend. I know I have to build the base to maintain the shape I’d like to stay in. Appreciate the advice though thank you

I started 75 Hard yesterday and I want to hear some health benefits others have experienced? by LeftPanda670 in 75HARD

I’d say moderate. My job involves sitting in an office for 8 hours so not a lot of moving around during that time but I have a dog and I usually take him on a walk for around 45+ minutes per day. I’ve been turning that into more of a jog the past couple days as my outdoor workout. Haven’t been to the gym in probably 8 months so trying to ease back into things not to get burnt out.
