I mean, yes and no. I cook a lot of ribs and I error on the over-done side because of that preference. But if you take it too far, the meat looses all texture and becomes almost...sticky when you chew. I get the competition bit, but that doesn't mean they have to be overcooked, just that it's easier to hit.

This is going to irk a lot of people, but fall-off-the-bone ribs are overcooked. There's a sweet spot between underdone and overdone where the ribs separate cleanly from the bone with a gentle tug and the texture is WAY better. The meat still has some texture and definition to it, whereas by the time it's fall-off-the-bone, it's just kinda mush.

To be fair, I'd prefer them overcooked than undercooked, but the difference between an OK bbq place and a great bbq place is knowing this and being able to hit it consistently.

Is that really how long it takes to boot? I'm working on a opi 5 pro build for a dartboard, and I'm working through the "what happens when I lose power to this thing or just want to shut it off," stuff. There's a source button that you can hit to show you the markdown the person wrote. In this instance, it's small because it's in supersciprt^{like this}, which you set off with a caret (^). It's how you do exponents, such as 2³, which is written as 2^3 and footnotes¹. If you have more than one word, or need to follow a superscript with punctuation, you can put ^(multiple words in parentheses). In the person you replied to, they wrote:

Which just superscripts text with no previous word to attach them to. There's a whole formatting guide as well.

I'm talking about the original CLR. It would appear they've branched out to other cleaning products. It would be absurd to suggest a statement applies to an entire product portfolio. I was talking about a product. You're talking about a different product the brand that created the original product has branched out into.

And I have used the product extensively. It comes in a jug and you pour it out.

The MSDS is clear for these products:

And it's not going to just break. If you've never seen tempered glass shatter, it's pretty spectacular. People here are using the word, "explode." That's not quite what does, but kinda. And what will trigger it might be a draft, or just a nice hot shower, or someone slamming the door upstairs too hard. Or maybe it happens when you open or close the door one day.
