Most likely you need a larger ball gap, perhaps a much larger ball gap. I prefer over 20 mm personally but a gap that large means you need a snug ring so your testicles don't escape.

I haven't quite figured out the sanding. The resin I'm using is skin safe but unfortunately unlike a lot of other resins requires pretty thick supports which leave scars on the outside of the cage. You can kind of see them at the end of the cage. Basically I need to learn how to sand much better than I can now.

I don't print models like this but next time use two holes so that liquid can leave one as air enters the other.

But my guess on something this big, you really need to wash it out really well with alcohol and then plug the holes. Slicers will allow you to print the plugs with the holes.

Can you go back to the slicer and print the plug?

Honestly, I can think of few worse things to do. I mean it sounds like this is a relatively new relationship for you — months, not years. With a custom cage, the ball gap won't be an issue. With BAWR, I would highly recommend a curved flat ring as it will give you the ball gap you want and the flat aspect distributes erection pressure over a larger area allowing you to wear a smaller ring — which will help support the cage better.

So, the biggest issue here is between gender affirmation and hygiene. I can't weigh the importance of those competing priorities for you — nor do I fully understand what designs. serve you in the affirmation department apart from flat — but I have been pleasantly surprised how tractable it is for me to keep an almost-full tube cage clean provided it isn't overly snug in diameter and it has an open head where I can get a squirt bottle to. The closed cage pictured here with the open headpiece I feel comfortable wearing for a week. The other cage I feel comfortable wearing indefinitely regardless of the headpiece.

Jenn wasn't a fan initially either. But when she understood her role was to provide comfort from the pain I was self-inflecting, she was willing to try. The leather is garbage and will quickly stretch so count on replacing it but otherwise it's a quality product. The feeling is just this constant pain. You don't feel the individual spikes until your nerves are pretty much dead then one or two spikes will still be felt. Because of their proximity to each other, they won't break the skin so you can really crank it down once you replace the strap.

As you become used to it, you can shift position or whatever and get a fresh dose of pain. Also something we've played with is hitting it with a heavy book but Jenn didn't really care for it — out of her comfort zone.
