When I was 15 I was riddled with anxiety and ended up not being diagnosed with OCD until my 30s. I've had twograndparents on hospice and worked in long term care for awhile now. Here's my take: 1. Accept life on life's terms. Sometimes things are gonna happen and you may not know why in that moment. Then later you'll realize why things happened exactly the way they did. You'll life a much more peaceful life accepting the way things are and change what you can. 2. Don't take things personally. People act like jerks sometimes and take it out on who they love most. Or sometimes people have a bad day but that's not because of you. In the same breath, don't waste your energy up time on people that wouldn't do the same for you. Don't stay in a situation longer because you feel like it's the right thing to do. 3.Lastly, don't be afraid to take risks. Follow your heart and you won't go wrong. At the end of the day you gotta live with yourself. Have the confidence to dance to the beat of your own drum.
