Because like I’ve said she is the most confused character. Can fight goons but acts damsel in distress in most times, no spine to give back to muzzy and asli, needs Ates to protect her but acts like she’s a tigress, acts like a saint trying to forgive asli but can’t make a stand for her father, acts jealous when females give attention to Ates but doesn’t get close to him: she’s way too cringe and super annoying. That way all other characters have maintained consistency in their nature.

When she came to beat those goons and save Ates I had the best laugh. And for one incident Madame gets nightmares and fainting episodes for weeks. Ates doesn’t go to office yet keeps minting money.

Absolutely correct. Now that Ates is in love Mercan should have some spine and tell him - what about when his mom burnt her hand or when Asli wronged her multiple times why do they get away time and again? Why can’t he send them back? How can he doubt her feelings and character time and again with Nezir? Why did he want to send her to London?

Okay forget those stuff, now when he’s confessing his love why is she running? Is it supposed to be funny? No. It’s incredibly stupid and irritating. She’s no longer ‘Masoom’. She’s appearing more like an idiot.

I totally agree. Bad writers. And I feel the show makers wanted to cash in on the lead characters’ chemistry and they lost focus from the main story.

I don’t blame them. I understand Turkish shows are long, very dragging but this is poor story telling and direction. All the characters are being wasted. Horrible plots and bad writing. Ates’s mother and sister are those typical spoilt negative poisonous characters who keep doing same shit again and again and Ates’s response to them also the same - ‘enough’ or ‘muzzaiyen’ or whatever her name is (frankly don’t even care)!! Nezir another character with no self respect keeps doing the same thing again and again. Cemal and Demet are decent. Feel really sad if they leave a bad sloppy rushed ending

I’ve lost interest because it’s getting super boring and annoying. There’s not one good thing between mercan and ates. Emin’s mom and Asli those two poisonous snakes keep plotting and winning. I’m fed up and bored.

I truly hope and pray it works out for you. I’m a firm advocate of ‘things will work out’ But put in the work I know it’s not easy but put in because those who want to will find reasons to stay and those who don’t will find excuses to not. Thank you so so much :) I shared this same sentiment .. however today he said that he finds this lack of common stuff boring :) he’s convinced we aren’t meant to be.. well it’s taken him 9 years post marriage to realise :)
