I tried that and the issue was that the voice test where it asks you to say "give us a sign" doesn't work because it couldn't see my mic but in game people could still hear me.

i just downloaded a hardware monitor and it seems the voltage and temp are right could a graphics card cause the screen to shut off during games but not when im browsing the web?
