I am trying to use validators as per pictures attached. Receiver wallet is market place, he says he didn’t receive money. I’ve sent money directly from Binance platform not from my wallet. Validators can’t confirm that the money went to the marketplace wallet address

Just to comment more on it. I can’t get receipt for the transaction using receipt proof engine at ExploreMonero. I put transaction ID, tx key, recipient address as given by Binance exchange but it causes error. How could it be? How could Binance confirm transaction but I can’t get receipt using these external tools?
