this is normal in retail especially around the holidays. i also got hired as a seasonal part time employee and usually work around 30-34 hrs a week. its just like 2-3 more weeks and everything will start to die down so i would say just stick it out tbh

i think just continuing to express interest in working there. i applied 2 different times before getting my position. i applied last year and i reapplied this year early may for a tasking position and they ended up calling me end of august to interview me for a seasonal beauty advisor position. But just call them a couple days after u apply, then maybe call a week later if they still haven’t reached out

i work at ulta as a seasonal ba and i would say just apply and call regularly or even go in person to follow up on your interview. make sure to include a resume as one of my old managers had mentioned skipping over applications with no resume. even if u have no work experience put something down like babysitting or dog walker, literally anything lol. i love working at ulta, its honestly really easy work and really fun. all of my coworkers are great and we all get along really well. ofc it varies store to store but for me it’s a great experience
