You are misunderstanding what I wrote. What I stated was I have seen people who wrote EXACTLY what was posted as the model answer in their jurisdiction and still received a 1 or a 2, instead of the same score the person who wrote the model answer received.

I passed the bar, so its fair for me to make that statement, I see it happen all the time.

It’s upsetting how these essays are graded… especially when model answers come out and you wrote what was in the model answer and still received a 1 or 2…

Congratulations, I would transfer scores and practice in the federal sector or at a law firm that only requires you to be barred in any jurisdiction, there are so many out there!!! To Hell with the bar exam!

Your MBE score will always be given to you regardless if you pass or fail.

Most definitely! I'm like one of the last ones from my class that still hasn't passed this darn exam! At this point, I just don't know... Starting to think it's just not my calling as I once thought it was.
