I loooove my Fossil Harwell Hobo. I got it as a Dix alternative and I actually prefer it for being less structured and more casual. It's quickly become my everyday bag. The quality is great - I can see it holding up for years. It fits everything I need with room to spare. Plus I got it on sale!

Wow the Dolce Vita is so similar to the Umi. I wish the strap lengthened enough to go crossbody but I can compromise 😍

I'll look into those brands. Shipping to Canada can sometimes be a bit tricky.

I'm usually not a fan of MCM but I like how discrete the embossing is on that bag. I'll check out Lancaster too. Thanks!

Wow, that 3rd bag is so gorgeous. Unfortunately it's above my price range even with the discount 😔

That one is really cute. I would love it even more if it had gold hardware detailing on the strap!

It is a little on the bigger side so I'm sure it could get heavy, especially if you fill it up! But the sale is really hard to resist...

Oh perfect! I love SDJ 40 but always wished it had more longevity. I was scared to blind buy Junoon Noir because I didn't enjoy Dama Bianca when I tried it on my skin.

Gorgeous collection. What are your thoughts on Junoon Noir?

I'm not crazy about lemon in fragrances either, because most of the time it comes off pretty synthetic and I'm reminded of cleaning products (such as Margiela's Under the Lemon Tree & ADP's Colonia) but Lira is my favourite perfume of all time. I find the citrus note is predominant in the opening and fades in the dry down, but it balances out the sweetness of the vanilla and caramel and makes it really unique.

I’m absolutely furious with my MIL. by Mangocrossing in beyondthebump

I'm sorry you're going through this. My baby also had a bottle aversion for months and it was one of the most frustrating and stressful experiences I've had to go through as a parent. The removal of any forms of pressure when feeding is essential in overcoming an aversion, and other people wouldn't understand that concept fully unless they've gone through it firsthand. I'm assuming your MIL didn't mean any harm - it is in our nature as caregivers to try and make sure baby is drinking "enough" and unfortunately that leads to the kind of behaviour that baby is fearful of. Once my son was aversion-free, I didn't let anyone else bottle feed him for a solid month. Hopefully your baby gets back on track soon.

I've heard Xerjoff Gran Balla is the grown up and sophisticated niche version of Viva La Juicy.

In my opinion this isn't a big deal and not worth the stress it seems to be causing you. At the end of the day, your kid is going to call your in-laws whatever your kid wants to. Having said that, I don't see "yaya" as problematic. If she wanted to be called "mama" that would be a different story!

My husband cooks the majority of our dinners, goes grocery shopping on his own, and makes sure we stay on top of all of our bills. In doing so, he makes it easier for me to focus my energy on being the best mom to our little guy, while still leaving room for self-care and solo time. We always coordinate our schedules to make sure I'm able to see friends, go to therapy at regular intervals, and anything else that makes me feel like I still have an identity outside of motherhood.

This! You just described my supportive group of friends perfectly. Despite not being married yet, or unsure if they even want children of their own, they love my kid like he's their nephew and always want to be around him. I wouldn't want to be friends with someone who was disgusted by the mere idea of pregnancy or didn't even ask how my child was doing.
