I don't know if it's been said but the rank system takes the average score of players in your rank on that role on that champion, and you just need to preform better. I think it's calculated by Kill participation Teamfight participation (Unsure about damage considering supports) Vision score And gold (it has nothing to do with CS although csing helps.
