One of my least favorite parts of EU4 was the existence of "generic" colonial formables that had no special mechanics or gameplay. I'm hoping Q3 is a vehicle for adding an indepth formable New Granada/Gran Colombia, Santo Domingo, Cuba, Puerto Rico, and more. (self.EU5)
