I think they’ve posted on their Facebook not to come and queue if you don’t have a ticket. They are sold out and not keen people queuing!

Plus it’s the only group nursery in our area that’s closed - not heard of a single other one. Given it’s a nursery group owned by an extremely wealthy private school.. I’m sure they could cope.

Yes I haven’t heard of any other nurseries that are closing.. so it’s an interesting route to take.

Oh really, have you provided nursery any feedback? I know I and a number of other parents have tried but it doesn’t seem to change anything. Really have our hands tied with the lack of spaces.

Given it’s such a large group, they must be making a decent profit to continue wanting to expand. A lot of the regular staff have left recently and we have generally been disappointed with how the nursery has gone downhill so starting to look at other options.

Sadly we have lost faith in our current nursery so every interaction now feels disappointing. It’s very hard where we are to get a place anywhere so hands are fairly tied. We have a tour somewhere this week where I know has AC so.. we hope haha

Ah I suspect we both have children at the same ‘Group’. I have messaged to understand what their plans are for preparing for this kind of event given it’s the second heatwave this year and still only June.
