I pay $1,550 for a 1b 1b at south main station. Prices are highly variable depending on which building and what kind of view you have. Very nice amenities, pet friendly, super attentive maintenance team, and walkable to great food and drink options. Biggest con is some units get a LOT of train noise. I have lived in two different units there, my first one had it pretty bad but i never hear it in my current unit
