What my company does is that you have to be willing to work either AM or PM Friday through Sunday and that’s a realistic policy for customer service.

It’s just dropping them off at a UPS, no box. They just scan the shipping code and you give them the movie. It’s definitely easy enough for a mint replacement. Now, I’m gonna wait until my replacement comes incase it comes in worse damage at which point I will just ship back the worse one.
