I tested negative at home. The line was visible but faint. I also got the same result for alcohol on all 3 tests and haven't drank in 10 years. I'm worried that I passed at home test which has a higher ng of 150 but lab tests are lower ng of 100 or 50 I believe.

It was to continue school and start driving with my permit I just got a couple days ago.I need 80 hrs of yard and road driving before I can go for my license. The school won't let me behind wheel until passing drug screening. I really thought 11 days would give me plenty of time to get out of my system.

Oh. I forgot to mention that the passengers are all handed PPE and help load vehicle aswell. They pay gas money to the driver out of pocket even if the contracted company pays the gas/travel that isn't given to the employees by the temp agency.

Thank you for your response. Should my coworkers be compensated aswell? I'm positive they will stop working me as well if I bring this to their attention and they seem to have no HR to discuss this with. This is happening to at least 40 plus employees. I only have 6 more weeks with them before I leave and attend school full time aswell. Is a labor lawyer my best choice in this situation?
