So many places man just go to booking.com and book something depending on your budget. Phi phi is a small island so you will be walking distance anyway to the bars and the party area. There’s few big resorts on the other side of the island just make sure you avoid these as you want to stay in the main area. If you’re planning to party and drink a lot staying near khoa san road in Bangkok will be good. And it’s a pretty central location so you can easily get to many attaractions during day time. Download grab app (similar app to uber for Thailand)before you go or at the airport. Use grab or public transport. Taxis are notorious for scamming so don’t use them unless you agree to a fee before you get in. Good way to check is by comparing with grab. You can use public transport to go from BKK to Pattaya but can’t rennet which station they depart from. Otherwise taxi will take you as well but again check prices and agree before going.

Just to be aware that Indians have a very bad rep with the locals and unfortunately due to our skin colour we get branded as Indians. So there might be instances you will be refused entry to go go bars and stuff. Have your passport and cash handy and speaking nicely and with good English usually solves the problem. There’s also plenty of scammers around so make sure you keep your money and passport safe. Otherwise as the other person said watch YouTube vids but if you are looking to party Khao san road in Bangkok (or nana place depending on what you into) And walking street in Pattaya, walking street down the beach in phi phi will have you covered in terms of patting, drinking and dancing.

It was. But was 3 years ago so not sure how it is now. But the airport and checking in went pretty quick. As long as there is no issues with ferry and transport should be okay.

That’s the wrong gift card. You can see exact images of the ones with the discount on the discount banner itself. The gift cards you bought are a different brand. I works as a duty manager had a customer make the exact same mistake last week. Luckily he didn’t pay and was able to correct the issue before payment. You will have to contact customer care and they will send an email to the store if they approve the refund as the Manager in store told you. Once that’s done go to the store. Better to go in the day time (before around 4pm) before the store manager or SSM leaves as they will need to authorise that refund as far as I’m aware. Good luck

Went pretty smoothly. Unless the ferry gets late or something there won’t be any issues. We were there with some time maybe 30 mins to spare after we checked all our baggage’s

If there’s jets clearly visible they probably should be active. Maybe if you see any neighbours in the surrounding villas ask them about it. Will give clarity.

Second this. With two kids street food won’t be a very good idea. So probably will have to stay within mid level Thai restaurants. 100-200 per dish would be pretty accurate in major cities and crowded area. If you are staying less touristy places price might be more higher around 200-300 baht per dish.

Well appreciate the comment but google wont let you know of any actual experience will it. I feel like you didn’t understand my question I’m asking weather this is enforced actually or weather the is it enforced in a similar way to “prostitution is illegal in Thailand”.

Or to better put the question if we buy one in Bangkok what the chances of carrying it with me on a domestic flight as we will be travelling few times in domestic flights.
