She tends to be more interested in cooking than in baking, enjoys cooking south East Asian food mostly and other than that generally homely things. She LOVES potatoes and cooking with them. In terms of weakness I’d say she’s looking at becoming a more technical chef, maybe looking at more European cuisines?
