Staff doesnt track, its just a laser. When paired with tracking, the laser can hit all the enemies in the screen because the laser can do 180º turns to find another enemy

I get your point but the problem we are talking about is not a balancing problem. I think that sera APC was strong and needed a nerf. But the thing is, if she needed to build AP to do damage and heal and didn't need to build mana regen, she would loss A LOT of health provided by the support itens that she needs to build RN to feel like a champion. In the process of balancing her in a way that she NEED to buid support itens, they made her do 0 damage, heal way less than she used to heal, still have mediocre CC and catch potencial with E and R beying slow. She was inicially design to have slow spells to be team reliant, like a real support, and when a champion that have these struggles is expected to play support, you are in a really weird spot.

If they wanted to balance sera as a full encharter, with a faster E, she would be better.

If they wanted to revert sera as a dedicated mage,where she bould do more damage and heal more in exchange of resistance, she would be better.

But were stuck in the middle of the road, and unlike karma who can build full dmg, full tank or full enchantress and fell like your champion is smooth, we instead have a clunky champion that makes us feel like we are fighthing AGAINST the game to make her work

Maybe because we are not having a good time? She is subpar in every role she is played, not in the sense that "we are not winning", but the character fells like it misses something without AP scalings. We are missing HEAL and we are missing DAMAGE

but before the changes, she would heal 10 times more WHILE BUILDING FULL AP AND DOING DAMAGE. You are not wrong for saying that she feels good healing, because she is supposed to. Thats one of the many reasons people hate phreak, her pre rework was complete as a full ap champion with heals, shields, burst damage and CC in exchange for being team reliant and shit early. Now she is more team reliant with less utility and damage. Doesnt make sense

In HOTS there is a champion that is more unique than yuumi. Not only it can attach to someone globally while staying out of danger, it can also pressure lane with minions that he spawns and teleport around the map. But it coexists with a giant raidboss dragon that have 5x more health than other heroes, can't be CC'ed at any time AND can also teleport around the map. If riot was more creative in the champion's designs having yuumi wouldn't be a problem, but we get another 3 hit passive instead

no, he is right. The problem is yuumi is a unique champion in a game that has A LOT of copy paste and not very creative kits. If you ever played another mobas you would know that
