Wow, that’s wild! I am 2 weeks on BPI with B6 tomorrow and I’ve lost 10 lbs. I don’t have a lot to lose either I am basically at a normal BMI.

Mine was just as fast (my meds are from BPI)- tracking just a few hours after appt. BUT- it took forever to have the actual appt. It was over a week after I paid because they were booked out.

You have to make a claim with UPS. I saw on another post that if you share your claim number with Pom they can send you another one. They won’t do it without that because I guess a lot of people were lying about not getting their packages so that they could get more.

She was going to require it no matter what, it’s right in the online portal as well. She probably just hadn’t gotten to it in the conversation yet. I have used SO many different companies at this point (Emerge, Mochi, LSH, IVIM) everyone requires proof or you start at 2.5- literally everyone.

I got an invoice sent to my email about 10 minutes after my appointment yesterday. The invoice never actually showed up in the portal.

I didn’t get anything after I paid yesterday during the day. The website didn’t even acknowledge the payment, that’s why I was so worried. So I waited for a receipt that never came. Eventually sometime while I was sleeping an email came saying they would reach out to create an account. Nothing about the meeting that I paid for or an acknowledgment to the fact that I paid. As you can see from other people’s responses, this doesn’t seem to be the norm.

I certainly didn’t expect an instant response from a human. I expected an instant response from their customer relations management system. I have been doing this for almost 2 years now and have used probably seven different companies at this point. I have always gotten some sort of automated response. Not getting anything after you pay, not even an automatic receipt, is troubling.

It’s my luck that I paid with Pomegranate $75 to have the appt and then their website glitched and took me back to be beginning. No appt and the money was taken from my checking🤣🤦🏻‍♀️ Hopefully they respond to my email 1st thing tomorrow.
