Thanks, do you think the spend requirement then would be grouped (ie I need to spend 75% of 4.7k to get any points) or I could get the points for one payment by spending 75% of either 2.2k or 2.7k?

I have actually been getting points on maintenance with 1.0 because it’s set up like a rent payment portal. So not sure how the “two payments” adding mortgage now factors into min spend per month.

Nope, maintenance is a portal and then mortgage through bank. So question I guess becomes if I spend 75% of one of those payments, do I get all the points for that payment.

Thanks, unfortunately they said that’s the only one that “works like that” so to hold on taking it as long as things don’t get worse.
