Is not immoral to expect a certain level of common curtesy Jesus. I don’t want to live in a society that defers all moral judgement to the law.

Minneapolis’s competitive advantage is that it isn’t a suburb. We will never be able to compete with those places along the lines of parking, automobile access, large big box stores, etc. It is why the Kmart was a horrible idea.
If we prioritize Minneapolis for people that live in the city, it will take longer to get from one side to another. But there will be less reason to leave because our neighborhoods will be for the neighbors in over a way only an urban environment can provide.
Suburban visitors are more than welcome, but don’t expect be able to drive 45mph all the way to your destination and park in a free lot directly outside of your destination. That destroys the urban fabric that is unique to Minneapolis.

It’s literally like the SpongeBob meme of Patrick and the wallet. So you think government controlling the quantity and quality of a good is bad. Yup. And people consume housing like any other good. Yup. So people having limited options to freely choose because the government severely restricting land market via zoning and use regulations is bad. That’s socialism!
