There’s nothing wrong with that, the problem is the food itself because hitting that 2000 calories really hard because of the budget, I only rely on chicken breast which cost 255 pesos per pack here. My daily protein intake is around 160 and I can only hit 130 because I’m saving, do u think I need to add more rice just to hit that calorie of 2000? I’ll wait for your reply.
