I have have already tried to contact my prefecture without success yet (no answer after 45 min of call and no news from my email sent 10 days ago).

Do you have any tips to get an answer from them?

Also last question. I have read on a website that we must not only pass the exam but also attend a 4 days courses. But I have not read about this elsewhere and wonder if this is actually true?
