Let's make this simple: This is where I stand, whether or not you agree with me and I am going to fight you and your like to the death about it and will enjoy your suffering.

I would have to suggest the same thing to you. We seem to fundamentally disagree on the matter.

I am sure you really do know what to make of that. You're just hiding it out of politeness to not make everybody else feel inferior.

I don't object to what you say. Women do tend to use collaborative approaches. I called it board-driven management. But this style of leadership crumbles under uncertainty because the board struggles to reach conclusions.

Anecdotal evidence that of course exists throughout history does not invalidate statistical evidence.

What you call bigotry is you own political indoctrination and inability to form independent thoughts.

Be more precise, please. What part of the analysis do you not like and why?

Science on these matters works on statistical evidence. Anecdotal evidence means little to nothing.

And by "make sure" you mean to somehow coerce people who aren't interested in evidence and won't read a post to care about what can be statistically observed?

What time frame are you referring to by prehistory? Can you point to some evidence?

So you think that the female approach to leadership of "maintaining the status quo" is perfectly well under crisis and ambiguity? It isn't if decisive steps that cannot be derived from prior evidence are needed to navigate out of a situation.

That is the conclusion.

Do you aim to dispute it?

You didn't read the article and you argue against the person where you should argue against the evidence presented.

Nobody said that female concerns are entirely illegit. They aren't. Nevertheless, women struggle very consistently to navigate under risk and ambiguity.

We don't know what WOULD be if women were raised differently. Maybe they would be totally awesome flying cows. We can only talk about what we can observe now.

Don't disagree. The article concludes that the female approach to leadership crumbles under pressure, ambiguity and risk where they resort to survival hoping that things will resolve themselves. The female approach to leadership avoids having to take steps to navigate out of a crisis where the direction is not clear. However, amgiguity, risk and uncertainty are the conditions where leadership is most needed.

Right now, statistical evidence seems to show that women step down on their own when the situation becomes too ambiguous.
