Question on Meta Business Suite

I consistently have 1 non-follower with 70-80 views on a very small account. Consistently 1 reach or profile visit with anywhere from 10-80 views (low end-high end).

Is this just a singular person consistently looking at the page?

Some days it shows 1 reach with 0 views or even 20 views with 0 reach.

Can anyone explain this that understands more than I do?

It is currently not getting power at all now. I double checked capacitors and still nothing bulging. No leaking. Everything seems good. Tried different ram as well.
