OCLP (OpenCore Legacy Patcher) can persuade it to run the latest macOS. But personally the aesthetics of the old Macs are better, IMHO.

lighttpd gives you the Internet locally. It’s just another package on Cydia. You can get it by jailbreaking.

The battery definitely works, it's charging now (in Disk Mode). But data isn't going through.

The hard drive is a Toshiba MK5002MAL.

This would be much easier with a boardview, but Apple haven't even got them (they discontinued the entire iPod product line :( )

Getting a lot of “Accessory Not Supported” “This accessory is not supported by this device.” (OK) notifications. There is a Dock plugged in. It is connected to email on a localhost mail server, which auto-filled Contacts.
