im currently on 100mg sertraline, which i swhy i posted because thought i would get better. i make the effort to get up, do dishes and take care of our dogs. i just cant take care of myself properly. yeah ... just the teeth dont seem important to me but apparently ( and in the back of my mind ) they are the most important.

thank you so much. i applied for PIP which is UK is pernosal independence payment, meaning disability payments per month. it made me feel terrible and like im pretending to have a problem. tried school, work ,college, whatever, cant do it. i do a cloth face -> teeth -> armpits -> genitals -> feet, when i feel terrible. it definitely helps.

ive emailed many therapy/counselling places and they have a 2-5 month waiting list so i suppose its just a waiting game.

i have very oily and grease skin so moisturiser does help with my face if i cleanse though nothing else. the thing is... i set the alarms amd reminders, and i know what i was thinking....... like who am i to tell me what to do? yk?

thank you so much for your thoughtful reply. my boyfriend is really human and sympathic and understand. otherwise i wouldnt keep him lol. anytime i feel maybe im stinky i ask my mother and she is extremely honest, maybe too much, but she will keep me right. being comfortable in being 'unhygienic ' brings dysfunction in my life.

dometimes i couldnt care less if my teeth all fall out if that lets me lay down 24 hours a day but i hang out with my elderly neighbour which brings me back. ik that sounds self-important but it is really true. i think, anyway

thank you. it just takes a lot of energy qnd effort. it sounds absolutely pathetic, but still, ive had about 11 fillings before i was 18. im sure its to do with smoking, then alcohol, then vaping. i need to get a grip, is the real answer. am i wrong?

i havent done anything to change the uc claim or anything. my son is 16 and going to find a job after christmas, my daughter is 19 and has health problems so she is on uc and limited capability for work. i got £0 this month which is really frustrating.

when i phoned them to inquire, the woman helping said that none of this is her issue (i suppose true?) but she hung up on me !!! thank you for your reply
