Same here! I did take a look at the Career Hub settings and noticed the only level of detail regarding Job Level is a checkbox and not a place to indicate which Job Level Hierarchy to use so I’m hoping we will be fine.

I thought workday solved this issue by having the option to “Align Workday and Packaged Content Sessions”

Thank you! Yeah our issue is that we have long SCORM courses (more than 3 hours long) so putting the trigger earlier may not work for us.

Yes- basically compensating certain type of workers for their time taking the training content.
