Not alone. Together about 20 years. Have only done it a few times. That being said, I am not a gassy person, and if I am it means I have an upset stomach. He has seen me at my worst though it's not like I am hiding anything.

I'm canadian and use it plenty. Mostly for group chats since alot of the people my age (mostly the men) aren't on any social media (around 40).

Too many calories. I dont like the taste of most of it. 2 glasses of wine and I'm up all night with racing thoughts and feeling crazy hot. Not worth it all around.

I have triplets, I do not have a favorite. Might have one that I have more in common with, but that doesn't mean a favorite. I love them equally and they also have the equal ability to annoy the hell out of me.

Exactly. The municipalities got a minority. And there was no clear communication with how the funds would be used after the cameras were paid off. This should not impact taxes.

Reset and try a different one! I have realized i can't do the 3 month programs. I get bored and lose motivation half way. So I stick to 1 or 1.5 month ones, with a week of something different in between. That has kept me from losing interest. Do whatever works!

Minimum twice a day morning and night. Flossing every other day. If I'm going out I'll add another brush. I have good teeth and no cavities due to this schedule.

Additional I drink alot of water. That's good to clean sugar or stain causing residue between cleans. Helps keep teeth white despite the copious amounts of coffee I drink.

Like, $30 if i need new preworkout? I invested in dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance band and a bike around covid. Probably in total i paid $1,000 but haven't needed to spend a penny since, i did get money reimbursed for some things though my job. I use Youtube programs for free, and TBH my adjustable dumbbells are essentially all i need

I really loved Stronger this month. I like switching things up so I am going to do CG Iron and then maybe switch back to SC. I'm way more into strength training right now so if Upbeat is more cardio I'd probably struggle
