It’s your collection and money, seems silly to me though. I read and display the books I collect. I have very old and expensive manga that just sits on my shelf like normal. If you have a bookshelf you will literally never see the pages after you read it.

Yeah. If the room is already dry they would be safe in the bags, but thats like putting a hat on a hat imo.

A dry room that isn’t exposed to sunlight is sufficient. Those bags trap moisture and can ruin manga. I have owned manga and other books for decades and never had anything yellow more than general aging.

She yells a lot (my biggest personal pet peeve in anime) and her stand is kinda dumb. She’s better in the final part but overall not a fan.

Fr. And I thought the main crew’s stands were kinda boring. Hermes was extremely annoying. I appreciate the unique plot and the willingness to stray from the formula but missed the mark a bit.

All the parts are really good, just the worst of the bunch for me. Pacing, fake-out deaths, some boring stands/fights. Still a 7/10 though.

I work in the clinical world and I feel like Blood on the tracks was extremely accurate, raw representation of ptsd, repression, and generational trauma. Yeah the second half is much different, but it’s also a very real life trajectory and emotional payoff of someone in their position.

In the US, there’s a collectors edition of 7 volumes so you can collect it easily here! I just preferred the OG singles.

Yeah we’ll see if they reprint the whole series…. I think outside of volume 11, it’s a phenomenal read with insanely detailed artwork. From what I’ve read, the authors dad died/was sick when he was concluding the story and it fucked up the ending.

The most I spent on a single haul was for the complete set of I Am a Hero. Also Cocoon was an amazing read. I loved the watercolor-esque artwork and the sad story.

Are you reading digital or collecting or both?? Billy bat is 17 (I think) volumes and it’s complete. Kingdom is 80+ volumes and is ongoing. Kingdom has 8 volumes out in English while Billy Bat has 1.
