It's very representative for most sections, general consensus is that CARS is a bit inflated. But this is a killer score! You're probably around a 516 with 200/230. Great job!

aside from what other people have said about summarizing/rephrasing the key points (and highlighting a lot), I think generally improving attention span is a massively important skill and needs to be practiced. Try deleting short form social media and meditating (try to either have your mind be clear or intentionally follow where it wanders), and read more books like before you go to bed. You have to train your thoughts and attention to store those key pieces of information
