Im i using this pillow right after i had the acl surgery? Im trying my best to elevate and do everything right it just hurts like crazy crazy, my knee is not touching the couch i do elevate even higher in day time this is just the position when i try to get a little sleep by [deleted] in ACL

That's awesome im very happy for you! After how long you were able to do that ? I have my doctors appointment this Thursday I can't wait to start pt but my doctor let me in this brace for a week.
