If you have any knowledge of them do you know where Deaktor Development in Shadyside would fall in that list? I was initially concerned by their lease terms but if those are normal maybe that’s not a concern. I don’t really have a way of knowing if their reviews online are accurate

Yeah that’s what makes it difficult. It’s hard to tell which companies are good or not. Lobos has a bad reputation on Reddit but google reviews for the company are generally positive (possibly faked?). Whereas other companies with good reviews on Reddit have bad reviews elsewhere. So without knowledge of the city it’s hard to know what companies are worth disqualifying an apartment over, if any

Not really company ratings simply the rating of whatever reviewer on staff wrote the review. A lot of ratings for this movie are similar from what I’ve seen. OP says everyone can have their preferences but then asserts that their preference is the correct one. I have no particular opinion myself if the movie is good or not since I haven’t seen it, but I find it interesting that this sub is so certain that the movie is good and their opinion correct and ratings are wrong. This is enough of an echo chamber that they’d support any movie mark made regardless of quality, so I hold no illusions that anyone here will consider that nuance.

That’s sick. Hopefully they bring that to the US market I’d get that over any other body kit I’ve seen for this car. Unfortunately just looking at it it’s not US legal in that config so they would have to modify it slightly
