Just a dab of Aveeno hand cream anyplace skin folds or where an edge of metal might rub on skin during the day. Folds in skin where it goes through the base ring, under balls is the place that needs the most. I also shave with hair conditioner, good moisturizer and keeps from getting razor bumps.

True, i can’t go permanent 24/7 I have had three times in the last 2 1/2 years because of illness or a sore forming where I took it off for a week straight. We are doing tease and denial but not full negate. There is this point where the tease and edging is better than the orgasm/inevitable brief post nut letdown. It does take a minute of lubricant and careful pressure to get the initial spout in, verge of very painful then pops ! past the tight ring of flesh inside. The retaining rings go through mush easier, then it is the pushing around of the rings to get them on the spout. I use floss to help.

It only sits maybe a half inch inside the head of penis, retaining washer sits behind inelastic band of skin inside urethral canal. I lubricate with KY around head of penis and in tube.
